This past week I had the amazing opportunity to shoot a fantastic event featuring award winning chef, Eric Ziebold. Eric Ziebold was the recipient of the James Beard Award for Best Chef Mid Atlantic in 2008. Eric prepared a 6 course meal in the home where the event was held. I had the privilege of sampling several dishes, each were delicious. The presentation of each dish was absolutely beautiful. Not to mention Eric was very friendly as was his staff.
If you live in the VA/DC/MD area, I recommend going to CityZen in Mandarin Oriental, DC. From what I have tasted and seen, you wont be disappointed.
This event was put together by Sparkling Events and Design, LLC. Ebony, the founder and owner set the mood and decor for this event. The red accents and engraved chopsticks made the event one to remember. Check her out at www.mysparklingevent.com. I look forward to working with her in the future.
